Hello,
I am Irene Jenkins, now Irene Hammond! I was married in December of 2005. My husband Rick is an engineer with Freescale, formerly Motorola.
I look forward to sharing my enthusiasm and my abundance of energy with you as we find just the right home for you. Compared to Mom, I am a newcomer; I have been licensed since 2003. My career fields and jobs have really prepared me well for the world of real estate.
One of those jobs was with a mortgage loan officer, so I am in a position to understand and explain to you the ins and outs of the new loans and assist you with the paperwork required to obtain your loan. Two of those years I worked with Mom selling new construction so I am knowledgeable about the builder’s procedures and can accompany you on the experience of a new home build with speed and ease.
I have a degree in Computer Information Systems and another in Photographic Art. I have worked as a Professional Photographer, CEO's Assistant, Event Coordinator and even had fun as a Ski Tech for a few winters.
I am a member of the Scottsdale Association of Realtors.
